CREATIVE KIDS (Ages 6-8 & 9-12)
January 14 - March 10, 2012
Saturdays: Age 6-8 10:00 am - 11:15 am
Age 9-12 11:30 am - 12:45 pm
Fun! Exciting! This is a great way for your child to develop self-expression, ignite their creativity and build self-confidence through improvisation, story-telling, creative movement, music, and imaginative theatre games.
(Please note: there is no class on February 18)
ACT 1 (Ages 13-15)
January 9 - April 2, 2012
Mondays: 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
In this adventurous program, student will learn the basics of performance and develop their theatrical skills through improvisation, characterization, voice, movement, and scripted scenes. The creative and innovative process will introduce them to the exiting world of performance.(Please note: there is no class on January 30, February 20, & March 12)
MAGNUS YOUNG COMPANY (Ages 14-18)
January 10 - May 29, 2012 (Two-Term Session)
Tuesdays: 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm
This course offers a wide variety of acting techniques and theatrical styles for the more experienced actor. Students will rehearse scenes from comic and dramatic plays, develop their own improvisational skills, and create and perform a published play on the Magnus Stage on May 29.
(Please note: there is no class on January 31 & March 13)
