The story of the man behind the legend! This play with music presents the concert Hank Williams never actually made it to on New Year's Eve in 1953. It is the concert as it might have played out if Williams had not died in the back seat of his Cadillac on his way to the performance. While relating his version of an entertainer's life and self-inflicted hard times, Williams performs over a dozen of his hits including Your Cheatin' Heart, I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry, and I Saw The Light.
